Meeting Rooms

GDC Europe Meeting Rooms

We are able to offer our clients the opportunity to have a private meeting room at GDC Europe from Monday to Wednesday and/or at gamescom from Wednesday to Friday.

At GDC Europe, we offer two kinds of meeting rooms. One build out directly on the Expo Floor (1st Level) which can be used from Monday, August 19 to Tuesday, August 20 during the opening hours and the other on the 2nd Level which can be used from Monday, August 19 to Wednesday, August 21 during opening hours. Both kind of meeting rooms include a table with four chairs, electricity, carpet, company sign, waste basket, and 3 Exhibitor Staff Passes.

The meeting rooms at gamescom are integrated in the GDC Europe Business Lounge, which is located in the Business Area at gamescom. This GDC Business Lounge combines meeting rooms with an exclusive lounge including food and beverage during the opening hours. Those meeting rooms are available from Monday, August 19 to Wednesday, August 21 and will furnished with one table, four chairs, carpet, waste basket, a company sign, lighting, electricity and 2 exhibitor passes to gamescom. (Last year's participants included Crytek, Epic, Autodesk, Level 3, Geomerics, Highwinds, Fast Forward and Zotac.)

Meeting Rooms at gamescom (GDC Europe Business Lounge)

Meeting rooms at gamescom in the GDC Europe Business Lounge provide a central location to conduct private meetings and in 2012 included companies such as Autodesk, Epic Games Inc., Level 3 Communications, Zotac, Geomerics, Highwinds and more.

The "GDC Europe Business Lounge at gamescom" combines 12 sqm Meeting Rooms with an exclusive lounge including food and beverage (breakfast, lunch and coffee & cake).
